Peter Everett investigates the lack of refuse space at The Deanery

Residents of the Deanery in Northgate Ward asked for Peter Everett's help. Darlington Borough Council says they can only have 2 bins for all 24 flats. This clearly isn't enough.

Peter said, " Being so near the beck, there are rats around here. Residents should be provided with enough bins for all their rubbish."
